Water and Sanitation

On January 1, 2025, the transfer of “water and sanitation” competence to the Community of Communes of Haute Tarentaise came into force.

The Tignes water department and the SAUR group retain the Public Service Delegation (DSP)

The delegate is responsible for:

Operation of the drinking water distribution network, namely meter reading and replacement, invoicing, leak repairs, etc.
Maintenance of the collective sanitation network (mainly network cleaning)
